THE DEFENDANT : EMMA JAYNE CAMPBELL ADAMS
Since the defendant could not be notified of the lawsuit petition and the open address of the defendant could not be determined, it was decided to notify the lawsuit petition, the distribution form and the minutes of the settlement by announcement;
A divorce lawsuit has been filed by the plaintiff IRFAN PARLAK against the defendant EMMA JAYNE CAMPBELL ADAMS; Pursuant to Article 122 of the Civil Procedure Code, it is notified to submit the reply petition in two copies within 2 weeks from the notification in accordance with Articles 127 and 129 of the Civil Procedure Code, to attach the documents shown as evidence pursuant to Articles 121-129 of the Civil Procedure Code to the reply petition, to provide the necessary information regarding the documents to be brought from elsewhere, to deposit a total of 1450 TL evidence advance, 250 TL for other works and transactions, 1200 TL for notification expenses, for the evidence to be brought, to be substituted for the petition. 04/04/2024
