Filistinli rapçi MC Abdul yeniden gündem oldu: 12 yıllık ömrümde 4. savaş

ABD’de yaşayan Filistinli genç rapçi MC Abdul’un İsrail’in Gazze’ye yönelik saldırılarının ardından 2021 yılında yazdığı rap şarkı sosyal medyada yeniden gündem oldu.

29 Ocak 2023 tarihinde sosyal medya hesabından yayımladığı şarkıya ilişkin MC Abdul, “Bu şarkıyı ilk olarak Mayıs 2021'de Gazze'ye yapılan hava saldırıları sırasında yazdığımda Nas ve DJ Premier'in "I Gave You Power" şarkısından ilham almıştım. Dışarıdaki patlamaları dinlerken düşüncelerimi yazmak için bu ritimle saatlerimi harcadım. Hip hop bana güç veren şey.” açıklamasında bulunmuştu.

Yayınlandığı tarihte viral olarak dünyanın gündemine oturan şarkının sözleri ise şu şekilde;

"Çok yorgunum. Dün gece uyuyamadım rüyalarımda bomba sesleri duyuyorum. Tam bir kabus. Nasıl bu kadar kötü olabiliyorlar? Çocukları ve masum insanları öldürüyorlar. Nereden geleceğini bilmeden bombaları bekliyoruz. Odamın bir köşesine sığınıp küçük kardeşimi korumaya çalışıyorum bina çılgın gibi sallanırken. Ama hiçbir şey ezilenlerin iradesinden daha güçlü değil. Ben de onları şarkı sözlerim ve kafiyelerimle bombalıyorum. Filistinlilerin aklını kaçırması için çalışan bir zamanda yaşıyoruz.

"KENDİMİ SUÇLU HİSSEDİYORUM"

Hamas’ın “Aksa Tufanı” operasyonu sonrası Gazze’nin İsrail tarafından abluka altına alındığı sırada ABD’de olan 14 yaşındaki Filistinli rapçi, İnstagram hesabından paylaştığı notta “Burada olduğum ve kardeşlerimi kucaklayıp koruyamadığım için kendimi suçlu hissetmekten alıkoyamıyorum.” dedi.

“Şu anda ABD'de hayallerimi yaşıyorum.

Ama şu anda Gazze'deki ailem bir kabus yaşıyor.

Burada olduğum ve kardeşlerimi kucaklayıp koruyamadığım için kendimi suçlu hissetmekten alıkoyamıyorum.

Benim temiz suyum, telefonumu şarj etmek için elektriğim ve güvenliğim var.

Onların yok.

Kulağa çılgınca gelse de, keşke Gazze'deki evime dönüp onlarla birlikte olabilseydim. Ama yapamıyorum.
